TO SUPPORT THE WHITETAIL DEER BREEDERS WITHIN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA THROUGH PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION TO DEER BREEDERS ON STANDARDS OF CARE, HANDLING, RAISING AND HARVESTING OF WHITETAIL DEER.
