Mission Statement

The Cooperative has been formed for the sole purposes of receiving and allocating among the Members a portion of the mothership allocation of Pacific whiting pursuant to Amendment 20 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan (Amendment 20); taking such actions as may be necessary to permit such allocation to be harvested by or for the Members in compliance with applicable law; and to generally exercise the powers of a Washington corporation conducive to its purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth herein and in the Cooperatives Membership Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
