Mission Statement

Wilson Bruce Evans Home Historical Society is a non-profit and non-partisan organization dedicated to the conservation and restoration of the Wilson Bruce Evans Home including supporting the designation as a National Historic Landmark the provision of public space that serves as a community an educational resource focused on the history of the Wilson Bruce Evans family and descendants and promotion of the homes historical significance as an integral part of the local and wider African American history and culture including educational learning opportunities and other related activities.
