TO PROVIDE ONE-TIME EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE TO WINDHAM, ME RESIDENTS EXPERIENCING A CRITICAL NEED FOR FUEL, HELP DIRECT INDIVIDUALS TO APPROPRIATE LONG-TERM RESOURCES, AND PROMOTE A CULTURE OF NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS.
