THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ENGAGE COUNTY HUMAN SERVICE PROFESSIONALS IN DEVELOPING POSITIONS ON POLICY, FUNDING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES THAT SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A VIABLE PUBLIC HUMAN SERVICES SYSTEM.
