THE COMMITTEE OF WISHES & DREAMS FOR CYSTIC FIBROSIS IS COMPRISED OF CF FAMILIES, CAREGIVERS, FRIENDS AND FAMILIES OF CF WITH THE MISSION OF RAISING AWARENESS AND FUNDS FOR THE CYSTIC FIBROSIS FOUNDATION.
