OUR ONLINE ARCHIVE REMAINS OPEN AND FREE TO THE PUBLIC AND WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE FOR MEMBERSHIP OR FOR ACCESSING OR DOWNLOADING OUR DOCUMENTS.
