Women in Transition Re-Entry Project WIT empowers justice-involved women and individuals in recovery through peer support re-entry services psychotherapy and community health advocacy. Our mission is to reduce recidivism promote self-sufficiency and ensure successful reintegration through trauma-informed services housing assistance workforce development and behavioral health support. Program Service Accomplishments 2024 In the past year WIT has: Served an average of 8 individuals daily 2,920 annually through peer-led support and re-entry services. Provided 1,500+ hours of psychotherapy and behavioral health support. Assisted with housing stability for 100+ justice-involved women. Delivered workforce training and job placement support to 250+ individuals. Doubled impact through partnerships expanding services to reach 5,800 individuals annually.
