TO FACILIATE A JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SALE WHERE 4-H AND FFA MEMBERS CAN EXHIBIT AND ULTIMATELY SELL LIVESTOCK PROJECTS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN AN AUCTION SETTING.
