TO UNITE CONTRIBUTORS, PROVIDERS AND USERS OF HUMAN SERVICES, AND OTHERS THROUGH FEDERATED FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS, PROGRAMS OF PLANNING AND EVALUATION AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS TO AGENCIES IN A VOLUNTARY AND COOPERATIVE EFFORT TO MEET CURRENT AND EMERGING NEEDS.
