ONCE THEY HAVE DECIDED TO PARTICIPATE, THE STAFF AND BOARD OF THE COUNCIL SUPPORT THEM AS THEY WORK ON THE PROGRAM AND AS THEY GROW TO BECOME AWESOME HUMANS.
