Mission Statement

The YMCACW Clark Community Center owns and leases a fitness facility located in Vancouver, WA to the YMCA. The YMCACW is organized and operates exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the YMCA (a 501(c)(3) organization). See Schedule A.The YMCACW was initially formed to facilitate a New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) for the YMCA. During the year ended December 31,2020, the seven year required NMTC transaction concluded and was unwound.
