YOGA FOSTER IS A NON-PROFIT THAT EMPOWERS SCHOOL TEACHERS WITH YOGA AND MINDFULNESS RESOURCES FOR THE CLASSROOM. THROUGH TRAINING, CURRICULUM, AND RESOURCES, WE ENSURE EDUCATORS CAN TEACH MOVEMENT AND MINDFULNESS IN THEIR CLASSROOM TO INCREASE PHYSICAL HEALTH, DECREASE STRESS AND ANXIETY, AND CREATING A CALMER, COLLABORATE PLACE TO LEARN TOGETHER.
