Form 990-EZ, Part II, Line 24 - Other Assets The meals on wheels program is a all volunteer-based, non-profit organization that has been active since 1973. The program is designed to ensure that any home-bound York County, Virginia resident living alone and in need of a meal, even on a short-term basis, will receive one hot meal each weekday.
