Empower young people to take on leadership roles and provide meaningful learning opportunities to develop life skills essential to personal growth and employment ability. create an opportunity for young adult employment at the thrift store, as well as offer internships, work study and training specifically geared towards the development of skills necessary for successful future employment. Provide scholarships to support young adults who seek work training and education other than the traditional college pathway, such as post high school Vocational Education courses.
