Mission Statement
Our mission is to stabilize the music community by Providing direct access to the recording arts for young musicians via mentorship, training and collaboration. We built this program to attack a major issue we see in Charlotte. "There are no recording artist development programs in this city for youth or adults". While Charlotte is a great place to live, it does not offer the necessary channels for creatives to dwell. Well at least until now. Young Icon's is that safe haven for your child to explore limitless possibilities as a recording artist and creative.
