YOUNGSTOWN OHIO HOCKEY ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO BENEFIT YOUTH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SKATING ABILITY, FUNDAMENTAL HOCKEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE OF THE RULES OF ICE HOCKEY, CHARACTER, AND SPORTSMANSHIP.
