THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR COLLEGE AND JUNIOR COLLEGE EDUCATION IN AGRICULTURAL AND AGRIBUSINESS STUDIES, ON A NONDISCRIMINATORY BASIS, TO STUDENTS QUALIFIED BY NEED OR MERIT.
