Mission: Texas Parent to Parent is committed to improving the lives of Texas children who have disabilities, chronic or mental health conditions and/or other health care needs. We accomplish this by empowering families to be strong advocates through parent to parent support, resource referral and education, and by educating professionals about the unique needs of our children. Vision: Texas Parent to Parent wants every Texas family that has a child with a disability, chronic condition and/or special health care need to have the tools and support necessary to help their child thrive and enjoy a full and satisfying life.
