We accomplish this by empowering families to be strong advocates through parent to parent support, resource referral and education, and by educating professionals about the unique needs of our children. Vision: Texas Parent to Parent wants every Texas family that has a child with a disability, chronic condition and/or special health care need to have the tools and support necessary to help their child thrive and enjoy a full and satisfying life.
